4.3 Consultancy Services

Consultancy service fees are quoted individually based on scope. Payment is typically required before service commencement.

6. Communication Consent

By creating a Blue Horizon account, you consent to receive SMS and email communications regarding your trading activities, market updates, and platform notifications. You can modify communication preferences in your account settings or contact us to opt-out of marketing communications (transactional messages will continue).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
